Classical Hatha Flow classes from Sivananda yoga lineage are traditional approach to practice that includes mantras, breathing, asana flow in the sequence of chakra placement in the body & conscious deep relaxation.

The class begins with mantra recitation & conscious breathing to harmonize the subtle energy (prāṇa) and balance the nervous system. The classical Sivananda class comprises of 12 classical posture sequence designed to stimulate the endocrine (hormonal) glands, open the chakras and nourish your body from root-to-crown. The class concludes with a deep restorative relaxation.
