'Tha' stands for Moon and resembles calming, receptive energy. Together in balance, the two energies restore harmony within body and mind.

Each Hatha class is designed as a journey towards balance by focusing on the energy systems or chakras in the body.

Classical Hatha classes blend steady long-held postures, mindful breathwork, and deep inner stillness. The practice purifies and revitalizes through traditional Shat Karmas (detoxifying cleansing techniques), harmonizes the pranic flow with Pranayama, and quietens the mind through Dhyana (meditation).
